| Abstract: | A method for the automatic recognition of Arabic characters is presented where the characters are acquired through a digitizing camera connected to a minicomputer. In part I of this article, a broad outline of the recognition scheme was given and a position and size normalization technique was described. In this second part the development of the recognition algorithm is presented followed by the experimental results. |
