| Abstract: | This research addressed the various facets of the child’s character such as the social , the conceptual , the aesthetic, the physical etc., and stated the role that the art activities could play in both discovering and developing these facets. It showed the efforts that educators had done to introduce art to the school curriculum, and the importance of keeping the art classes on the time table in our contemporary educational set – ups where other new classes are replacing the art activities
The researcher ended his research by a summary and a few recommendations that will hopefully enable art to play its role effectively. |
