| Abstract: | A case of a patient with fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP) is presented. Based on the knowledge that all known treatment modalities for this disease do not offer any cure, we advo¬cate that surgical and/or adjunctive medical treatment would be selective until the nature of the disease is better understood. |
