| Abstract: | Patients concerns, suggestions, desires and expectations of health
services need to be seriously examined due to their potential
influence on utilization and satisfaction. Information obtained
through patients' surveys has proven to be a valuable source of
quality improvement and strategic planning of health servicesl and
their optimum utilization by consumers. Assessment of quality and
utilization of Primary Health Care Centers (PHCCs) services can be
enhanced by including patients' perceptions and views in addition to |
