Abstract: Software engineering has attracted the recent focus of academia and researchers by providing them means of effective software development. The effective risk management has also played a vital role is making the software development practices more reliable and organized. Ample consideration is being given to the software risk analysis and that has enabled the more reliable software management. With emergence of the need for managing the risks in software, it is essential that suitable methodology be identified for identifying the risks. This paper, this way, works as a reverse engineering approach for the identification appropriate methodology for identifying the risks in software risks.
