| Abstract: | Root canal therapy is a surgical procedure in which the operator exposes the root canal of a tooth to remove vital or necrotic pulp tissue under aseptic condition. This root canal space is then usually filled with a biologically acceptable material. Root canal therapy biologically eliminates inflammatory periapical diseases and promotes healing and repair of periapical tissue. |
