Abstract: The experience of psychological and physical changes related to menstrual cycle phases has recently been the focus of much attention in the literature. For the purpose of investigating those changes among Arab women, a sample of 100 students between the age of 19-26 years. Tools of data collection included S.T.A.I., level of concentration sheet, a list of physical symptoms and demographic information. The study is conducted in Saudi Arabia. Results show a statistical significant variation in some items during premenstrual, menstrual and postmenstrual period. The study shows that menstrual cycle has little effect on psychological condition while a greater effect is present on their physical condition
