Abstract: Autism spectrum disorders are more common than previously believed & etiology appears to be multifaced including both heritable and non heritable hyperbilirubinemia &Autism,a total sample 100 children ,50 Autistic children and 50 norrnal ,The autistic children were recruited from rehabilitation center at Riyadh city and the control group enrolled from yhe outpatient department of security force Hospital at Riyadh ,results shows there was high relationship between occurrence of Autism & hyperbilirubinemia
