| Abstract: | This paper describes a case of a female patient who underwent surgical osteoarthropiasty
of the temporomandibular joints. The treatment was complicated by an ear deformity and
recurrence of joints ankylosis. Both complications were attributed to the existence of a
pre-existing infection of the left ear. |
