| Abstract: | We present a case of lymphomatoid granulomatosis presenting in a 35-year-old Saudi lady with long survival. She
responded to treatment with intermittent cyclophosphamide infusion in addition to corticosteroids. This is the first case of
lymphomatoid granulomatosis to be reported in the Arab world. The prolonged survival and response to intermittent
cyclophosphamide infusion is discussed. |
