| Abstract: | Current trends in restorative dentistry have been influenced by advances in dental materials science, better understanding of the caries process, increased demand for aesthetic restorations and developments in dental implantology. Thus, bonded tooth-coloured restorations in conservative preparations have become very popular in modern restorative dental practice. Furthermore, increasingly larger number of missing teeth are being replaced by implants rather than fixed partial prostheses. |
