| Abstract: | A sensitivity analysis was performed to identify tractor performance parameters that have the greatest effect on tractive efficiency. The sensitivity of the model results relative to the inputs was determined simultaneously. With the base values, rear wheel load had the highest relative sensitivity. Rear wheel slip had the lowest relative sensitivity, where the model result was near its peak. However, lower and higher rear wheel slip values resulted in highly sensitive model with input parameters varied ± 0.05 from the base value. |
