Seven fungi were also isolated and identified from diseased plants of rose ( Rosa sp. ) , Alternaria sp., Botrytis sp., Heminthosporium sp., Fusarium sp., Ulocladium sp., Sphaerotheca pannosa ( the causal agent of powdery mildew ), and Peronospora sparsa ( the causal agent of downy mildew ).
